We've got a partial name of the boat, the Carter H. Ma....and then nothing else. It's clearly so sort of passenger boat. We can't see the whole name because crew members are lowering a gang plank. The boat must have a shallow draft since it can pickup and let off passengers at the shore. It doesn't look like there's any waves so I'm guessing it a lake.
