And maybe the sea, too. I bought this one here, in California, and there aren't that many places along our coastline that don't have some sort of bluff. There are, however, more than a few flat and sandy spots out in the desert. I live just north of downtown L.A. and I rarely get to the ocean. The traffic is a pain, and parking expensive.
When I first lived down there everything was 30 minutes away. Wanted to go to the beach…30 min. Go to Disneyland…30 minutes. Last time I was down it took me 30 min to go just a few blocks on Sunset. I really couldn't believe how bad it is now.
