As promised, more very small photos from Bloomington, Illinois, which may or may not be related to the previous post.
I have several photo albums from my grandmother's (1892-1983) photo albums from when she was young in Bloomington and she has tiny photos like yours. What a shame the scrapbook isn't intact with names!
